If your message reaches usbeforeyour package has entered warehouse packing or shipping dispatch, we will gladly update your order details. Once a package is packed or assigned a tracking label, no parameters can be altered.

• Prior to Dispatch: If your transaction has not yet been processed for fulfillment or assigned a courier label, you may request an immediate, full refund before dispatch.
• Post-Dispatch / In Transit: Once a shipment has entered the courier network, it cannot be canceled, recalled, or returned due to strict chain-of-custody, purity verification, and cold-chain safety standards for research materials. (Refer to our Return & Refund Policy for damaged/defective exceptions).
